How To Recover Deleted Post??

Haihzz!!!!!!
Really must scold myself
For my stupidness and also my gatai hand
Why so KPC deleted all my previous post!!
Horrible!! All my post gone!!
So nervous.. I want all my post back!!
What I've done is click on the "Help" button
Search if there any way to recover my post
All i can search is only the last 10 post...
The rest.. I have to say bye bye to them??
OMG!! I don't wan to accept the truth!!
Anyone can help me!!! pls!!!
